On telephoning us you will be put through to one of our experienced recruitment consultants who will then talk through and explain the recruitment procedure.
We have provided you with a placement, what happens now?
Its simple, once we have received your placement we will search our database of recruitment candidates and look for those whose skills and experiences match the job in hand.
Do you send me CV's?
Yes, we will forward to you any suitable CV's we have, you can then decide whether or not you wish to interview those recruitment candidates.
I am interested in a few CV's, what happens now?
We will liaise with you and arrange times that are convenient for you to interview those candidates or candidate.
Do you have interviewing facilities?
If you wish, we are able to provide a room on our premises for you to conduct interviews, just let us know and we will arrange it for you.
Who will arrange the advertising?
We will arrange all of the advertising and liaise with job centres and newspapers with regards to placing the advert.
How much will advertising cost?
Nothing! Once we have received the placement from you we will cover all the advertising costs.
What happens if I wish to offer the candidate the job?
Simple - let us know the details and we'll talk you through the options.We have found a suitable candidate from another source, have we incurred any charges from using your recruitment services?
Absolutely none, you just inform us that you no longer wish for us to advertise the position.
