Our busy industrial is a very large division within the company.

We receive bookings from many different companies on a daily and even hourly basis!

Temping on this desk is a great way to keep busy in between jobs. It is also the way that many companies are now recruiting their permanent staff. How this works is that they call us for temporary staff, either in busy times or perhaps when someone has left the company and we send in someone suitable for the assignment. Very often, the companies will choose to offer the temp a permanent position within the company. It makes great sense, seeing as the company has had the chance to see the temp at work and is obviously pleased with their standard of work and the temp has had the chance to work for the company and is then able to make a well informed choice as to whether or not they would like to work for the company permanently.

On the industrial division there is normally a choice of assignments ranging from picking and packing, to labourers to lab technicians and from coil winders to cooks! The work available is very diverse.
