Healthcare Division

Our successful healthcare division was established in January 2000 and has gone from strength to strength.

We supply all types of Carers to many private and council owned care establishments in the area, covering Nursing, EMI, Learning Disabilities and Residential.

All of our Carer's have to have a satisfactory CRB check to enhanced level. We are able to provide the forms our registered person is able to verify ID. The completed forms are then sent on to be fully processed. In all of our CRB checks, we also do a POVA check (Protection of Vulnerable Adults).

We also require that our Carer's have up to date manual handling skills. We have an in-house trainer and are therefore able to update or train from scratch.

We also require two professional and one character reference before we would send any new candidate out to a client.

Many of our Carer's have been with us for years and we have kept them in continuous employment. Some of them work full time and some only work one or two days a week. A big attraction to this division is obviously the job satisfaction, due to the nature of work undertaken, coupled with the flexibility in hours that can be offered.
