Details | Summary of duties: To increase product sales to existing and new business clients, ensuring the highest possible profit. To use time efficiently and actively through professional planning, responding to incoming enquiries professionally and quickly, by telephone or with a written response within 2 working hours. To carry out research and projects as directed by the management. Principle duties: You need to establish a relationship with your existing clients, making them aware of and up selling other products and services. You will be responsible for building relationships prospects; converting them into buying customers you will achieve this by telephone communication, e-mail, meetings and writing. You will also be required to carry out research on projects as directed by the management, ensuring the work is completed within the timescale required and the results collated in a logical way. You also need to use available resources to keep paperwork in a logical format and ensure the computer database of clients / prospects is up to date at all times. You will need to contribute statistics for the sales report, display flair and innovation, performing to the required activity and production targets. |
